Q: Is the Rob Zombie Concert included in the ticket price?

A: Yes your ticket purchase For the night of the concert (October 2nd & October 4th) includes the concert, a trip through the 3 twisted haunted houses and access to the Bloody Boulevard. October 2nd & 4th are the ONLY NIGHTS there will be a Concert.

Q: What are the dates and hours?

A: Parking lots open at 6:00PM, the box office at 6:30PM and the festivities start at 7:00PM. Visit our hours page for specific details.

We will not close until everyone who has tickets has opportunity to go through the haunted houses

A: Although the event is open for all ages it is EXTREMELY frightening and is not recommended for children under 13. Some scenes contain adult material.

A: You can get the best deal by purchasing tickets now online

Q: Can I wear a costume?

A: Costumes and masks are strictly prohibited.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Comfortable clothes but no flip-flops or high heels.

Q: Do you take credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged or cancelled for any reason. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Placement of order(s) for ticket(s) indicates your acceptance of all Great American Nightmare conditions, which include, but are not limited to:

WEATHER – In the unlikely event that the weather forces Great American Nightmare to close for the evening, all existing tickets can be used on any other evening for the remainder of our current season. All patrons acknowledge and accept that there are NO REFUNDS!
Tickets obtained from sources other than Great American Nightmare run the risk of being counterfeit and may not be honored.
No High Heels or Flip Flop footwear allowed.
All patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted our terms, policies, and disclaimers. We reserve the right to amend such as the need arises, and without prior notice.
